Mason is 7 Months

It has been a very productive month. Mason is crawling, sitting up on his own, holding his own bottle (though you have to push him to do this one. He still likes taking full advantage of someone else feeding him), recognizing his name, reaching to be picked up, splashing in the tub and I do believe he is starting to understand the meaning of 'no'. I say this because I put up the Christmas tree yesterday. He was looking at the tree and you could just tell he was deciding which ornament he was going after first. I looked at him and said 'no'. He just looked at me and then pretended he was not interested in the tree. I turned around and he made a go for the tree. I turned back around and said 'no, Mason'. He stopped crawling and just sat down. I turned back around and he was going for the tree again. The boy knows when to make his moves.
