Mason had his two and a half year pediatrician appointment today. He weighed 34.8 pounds and was 37.5 inches tall, which put him in the 91st percentile in weight and 74th percentile in height.
My biggest concern going into this appointment was whether or not Mason's speach was developing normally; however, Mason was quite chatty with the doctor so she quickly let me know that his speach was developing fine. The doctor finished the checkup and let me know that he is a very healthy boy.
The appointment concluded with two vaccines (Hepatitis B and Influenza). Mason's next appointment will be on December 2, 2011 where he will receive his second of three Hepatitis B shots.
