What a week!

We have had a pretty rough week. Both, Isabel and Mason, have been sick.

Isabel had her first ear infection and has a respiratory illness. She is now on an antibiotic and we have to administer breathing treatments with a nebulizer. Mason has "Hand, Foot and Mouth disease", which he got from daycare. It's been a very painful experience for Mason, but he is finally on the mend. Thank goodness because I cannot even fathom going to the doctor one more time this week.. We seem to live at the doctor's office these days.

In spite of this rough week, we have had two wonderful milestones emerge: Mason peed in the toilet both last night and this morning AND Isabel laughed for the first time last night.

We needed something to make us smile after this long week and are so excited for both milestones!

Now, I pray that we can get a little sleep.
