We went to Sand Beach today in Acadia Park. The kids can either swim in the freezing cold ocean or they can opt to go to a little pool of water the streams behind the ocean. After the kids played in the ocean they did migrate to the warmer option.
The kids swam in the pool for quite some time. Around 5pm, Mason was looking for a way to get warmer. He was shivering and clearly ready to get out and go home. I got him dried and in his warm, dry clothes. I asked Mason "Are you better?" and Mason responded with "I am SOOOO much better!"
