Just days after I told the doctor that Mason does not say "I ....", he decides to say "I nice" and "I stuck".
This morning at breakfast, he had his chair stuck and couldn't push himself away from his table. He looks at me and says "I stuck". I was so proud.
Then my favorite... We have taught Mason that "nice" means to run your hand along someone's hair. We did this to try to curtail him from pulling hair, which has worked. If he goes to pull your hair, you just have to say "Be nice" and instead of pulling your hair, he will run his hands through your hair. Well, as we were getting ready to leave for daycare, he runs his hand down his own hair and says "I nice."
Great start to the day.
