Get Ready... Get Set...

I asked the kids to get ready for school and to put on their winter coats and shoes. I realized I had forgotten my phone upstairs so I had run upstairs.

When I returned I was pleased to see that Isabel had listened to me. She had, indeed, put on her winter coat. She had also put on her dress up high heels (with no socks). Today was the coldest day we have had in a very long time. It was registering at 2 degrees.

Clearly, it is instinct to wear your best looking shoe regardless of the pain you feel wearing them.
