Lessons Learned

You want to believe that once you introduce your child to daycare that they will learn from their toddler peers. Particularly, a little girl named Logan. You walk into the door and she yells "MASON!" She does this for all the children that arrive at daycare. She'll give you names. She'll give you directions. She'll give you opinions. It's amazing what comes out of this 2 year old's mouth. I'm thinking that one evening Mason is going to spit out a full-blown conversation due to Logan's influence.

Instead.... during a 'Mason, you need to leave the Christmas tree ornaments alone' lecture, I receive a "shhhhh", along with the universal 'shhhh' motion.

Funny how he expects ME to abide by the notion, especially when he completely ignores me when I suggest to him the same exact thing.. particularly in public places or in the middle of the night.
